  • Universal Opt-Out:

    Some browsers allow for a Universal Opt-out of Sale and Sharing. If you visit our site and you have chosen to limit tracking via a Universal Opt-out, that choice will override your Tracking Preferences choice on our site. Please note that the Universal Opt-out will only apply to the device and browser you are currently using.

  • Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information:

    Marriott only uses Sensitive personal information for the permitted purposes under the CPRA Regulations.
    Marriott does not process Sensitive personal information for the purposes of inferring characteristics about you.

  • All Other Rights:

    To exercise all other rights under the CPRA, such as the Right to Know, the Right to Delete, and the Right to Correct, please visit the Individual Rights Portal.

Nevada Nevada

Do Not Sell:

To exercise your Do Not Sell rights under the Nevada Privacy Act, please enter your email address, make a selection, and submit your request to save your preference.

Virginia Virginia

Do Not Sell:

Marriott does not Sell Personal Data as defined under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).

Targeted Advertising Opt-Out:

To opt-out of Targeted Advertising under the VCDPA, please complete both steps:

  • Opt-In to the Collection and Use of Sensitive Personal Data:

    Marriott does not collect Sensitive Personal Data, as defined under the VCDPA, unless we obtain your opt-in consent. To opt-in to the collection of precise geolocation data, please go to the settings in your mobile device/browser.

  • Profiling:

    Marriott does not engage in Profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers, as those terms are defined under the VCDPA.

  • All Other Rights:
